By using the Zoya Bhaji website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the entire document carefully before you start using our services.

These Terms & Conditions serve as a legally binding agreement between Zoya Bhaji and its members. The rights and responsibilities of both parties are clearly defined herein. This document will serve as the primary reference for resolving any disputes.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions has been prepared for the convenience of Bangladeshi members. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall prevail. That said, Zoya Bhaji always aims to keep both versions consistent with each other.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account on Zoya Bhaji. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account that cannot verify age upon request will be closed immediately.

Each person is allowed only one account. If the same individual attempts to open multiple accounts using different names, mobile numbers, or devices, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and genuine
• The mobile number must be active and registered in your own name
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility — sharing it puts you at risk
• Contact support to keep your account information up to date

How to Register:

Zoya Bhaji accepts payments exclusively through registered mobile banking services in Bangladesh. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently supported.

Withdrawals must be sent to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit. If you wish to withdraw to a different number, KYC verification is mandatory.

Any issues with a financial transaction must be reported to support within 48 hours. Delayed reports make investigations significantly more complex. Zoya Bhaji is committed to cooperating on all genuine complaints.

• Rollover: The bonus must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period — once it lapses, the bonus will be forfeited
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time
• Promo Code: Must be provided at the time of deposit — cannot be submitted afterward
• Cashback: Calculated on net losses — no promo code required

All betting at Zoya Bhaji is conducted impartially. Odds are set in accordance with international standards. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

• For live bets, odds may change due to server latency
• If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Zoya Bhaji reserves the right to void that bet
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited
• Betting on an event whose score or outcome is already known is strictly prohibited

Zoya Bhaji records the details of every bet to ensure a fair betting environment. If suspicious activity is detected, an investigation will be conducted and the member will be given the opportunity to provide an explanation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Zoya Bhaji and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing artificial bets or deliberate losses to meet bonus requirements
• Hacking, phishing, or any unauthorized attempt to access the system
• Registering with false information or bypassing KYC verification
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform
• Engaging in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward other members or support agents

Zoya Bhaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly if:

• The information provided during registration is found to be false
• Suspicious transactions are detected on the account
• Evidence of prohibited activity is found
• A court order or government directive exists

Members may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Zoya Bhaji is not liable for damages arising from the following situations:

• Issues caused by internet outages, mobile network disruptions, or power failures
• Account hacked due to the member's own negligence or sharing of login credentials
• Third-party technical failures (e.g., mobile banking server downtime)
• Unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters

Zoya Bhaji strives to keep its services running without interruption, though brief maintenance windows may occasionally be necessary. Members will be notified in advance of any planned downtime.

Zoya Bhaji believes betting should be a form of entertainment — never a problem. That's why we offer the following responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits
• Self-Exclusion: Option to lock your account for a set period
• Break Mode: Pause your account for 24 to 72 hours
• Reality Check: Display session time and spending summaries at regular intervals
